Dental Excellence welcomes referrals from other dental practices, and can offer a wide range of services tailored to your needs.
Jeremy Woodcock, based in Chalfont St Giles in Buckinghamshire, is an expert in restorative dentistry, and a registered specialist in endodontics. He has performed many hundreds of implant restorative procedures ranging from the simple to the extremely complex. Jeremy is an examiner in implantology at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and has a Diploma in Advanced Dental Implantology from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Treatments include:
- Conventional implants, from single tooth to full arch
- Immediate same-day replacement implants (case limitations permitting)
- Fixed or removable implants
- Bone augmentation
- Block bone grafts
- Sinus lifting
- Distraction osteogenesis
Jeremy’s strong links with the Royal College of Surgeons means that he keeps his practice at the cutting-edge of advanced restorative dentistry, so you can rest assured your patient will receive not only the highest quality treatment but also the most up-to-date available.
You can choose to refer only the surgical element of an implant procedure and perform the prosthetic part yourself – in which case to ensure the smooth progression of treatment Jeremy is happy to assist in combined planning – or you can choose to have Jeremy perform everything required: whichever is better for you and the patient.
Matt Perkins is pleased to accept referrals for periodontics or implant dentistry. Matt has recently completed specialist training at Guy’s and is at the forefront of periodontal treatments and implants.
Providing your patient with the best quality treatment also extends to the care we take in ensuring they have a pleasant experience. To this end we have a modern, hi-tech surgery and a comfortable and relaxing practice environment. The practice is particularly adept at treating nervous patients due to our reassuring and warm approach to our dental care.
We have a policy of using only synthetic graft products or bone harvested from the patient, thus avoiding potential risks associated with animal-derived products or products obtained from other humans. This also avoids complications for certain religious groups.
To ease the referral process we ask you to complete one of our Proforma Referral Forms prior to first examination. You are then fully consulted before the commencement of any treatment, and, once treatment is complete, the patient is returned to your care for any further non-implant work and/or check-ups.
