How we work with you, the referring dentist, is equally important as how we work with your patients. To ease the referral process we first ask you to complete one of our Proforma Referral Forms prior to first examination. You are then fully consulted before any treatment is commenced, kept
frequently updated on progress and once treatment is complete, the patient is returned to your care for any further nonimplant work and/or check-ups.
